Ten Best Childhood Movies We Need To Have At Home

Toy Story 2 (1999)

You know you can't get enough of this one.  One of those movies that kinda gave you that terrifying thought of 'I wonder if my toys can talk, let me turn them over so they are not looking at me.' Ha! The joys of remembering that! But hey, don't mind that, its rated 100% on Rotten Tomatoes, delivers a magical storyline, fun character and gorgeous animation that you must see!

 The Lion King (1994)
We all know this one too well. The one movie where you have to hide crying so that your child doesn't think you are softy. The movie that makes you happy, the movie that amazes you with its intriguingly beautiful, captivating story line, the movie you just can't forget!

Lassie (2005)
Yep, there she is, Lassie...the dog that every kid wanted. This movie was just too adorable, its friendly nature made you feel that you knew Lassie, that she was your dog! A movie worth watching!

Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988)
I must have seen this a 100 times! Technology took this movie to a height of wow! In a nutshell it was brilliantly funny, moving, simply incredible! If you have not seen this one (ARE YOU FOR REAL!), go see it now!

 E.T The Extra-Terrestrial (1982)
The movie I wanted to watch over and over again. E.T was that imaginary friend every child had, that I had. It takes you back home with memories you just can't forget.  Definitely one of the most innocent, friendly movies of all time!

 Cinderella (1950)
Yes, I still watch this.  The characters have unique flavour and  personalities you can't help but to fall in love with. Makes me smile all the time! Walt Disney never fails to show us his unique fairyland imagination!

 Beauty and the Beast (1991)
Still rated as one of Disney's best animated classics, Beauty and the Beast evokes wonder and magic! No matter what age you are, Beauty and the Beast will keep you entertained with its marvelous animation and charming characters!

 Homeward Bound (1993)
I absolutely adore this movie! It has such a beautiful storyline with delightful characters you just want to call your own. No matter how many times I watch it I still have to reach for that box of tissue. It's one of those movies where you will find yourself enjoying it just as much as a child! Its a Walt Disney Classic you just have to get your hands on!

 The Karate Kid (1984)
Ok, no-one can tell me they didn't want to learn karate after seeing this movie. A powerful classic with an ingenious storyline that makes you want more. If you want your kids to go to karate class, making them watch this movie will be a good place to start!

  The Jungle Book (1967)
I just love this movie to bits! Memorable characters, fun and irresistible tunes, a witty and enchanting storyline! Jungle Book is a cheerful Disney Classic that you and your family will enjoy!
